Mrs. Robin i try to embbed it and it not work so i just put the link instead.
Both of the Buddism talk about seek no suffering and get out of the cycle and go to nirvana where there is no suffering. Buddism of both kind is the way to escaped suffering. In Theravada, they talk about meditation can escaped suffering and sacred word to say, and there is a period of time where the boy need to go practice knowing one self in the temple around 3-6month. Both of them didnt have any god or gods just only Buddha. In therava, their society has involed the hinduism. In the Theravada, There is strict rule in the temple where they do it in alot of time create some certain rule, such as the 10 percepts and the tradition of the boy being a monk for 3-6 months. It's kind of being one of the tradition already. In Tibetan, they talk about what we are is inside our skin. They focus more on yourself. You have to do it by yourself. The have the compassion to ourself. Tebetan have to know how they are seperated from others.
